Trainers: – Maple Bear email offers integration with Microsoft Office applications for the web version only. This means you can access and use Office applications through your web browser for a seamless experience.

– Maple Bear Canada email accounts for trainers, consultants and third parties are valid for 3 months and access can be extended upon request to your manager at Maple Bear. If you do not wish to have access to your email extended, your account will be automatically blocked.

Trainers and third parties have two options for viewing, downloading, and editing content attached to emails:
1. Save the attached file to Onedrive SEB and then view it in the secure Onedrive environment.
2. Forward the message with attachment to a personal email and download the file.
