Your Maple Bear Global Schools account has a second layer of protection and you are required to use Microsoft Authenticator to authenticate access to your email.
Never share your email password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact techsupport@maplebear.ca for assistance.
You are required to use only your Maple Bear Global Schools corporate email address for all professional communications, both internal and external. The use of personal emails for Maple Bear-related matters is not permitted.

Options for Trainers and Third Parties:
Trainers and third parties have two options for viewing, downloading, and editing content attached to emails:

  1. Save the attached file to OneDrive SEB and view it in the secure OneDrive environment.(Recommended)
  2. Forward the message with the attachment to a personal email and download the file.(Not Recommended)

Note:
Sending corporate files to personal email accounts is prohibited: While it is permitted to forward documents to personal email addresses for downloading purposes, it is strictly prohibited to use personal email accounts for any communication or functions related to Maple Bear. For secure and efficient communication, always use your Maple Bear corporate email address.
