-Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android.

Internet Connection:
-A stable internet connection is required for completing the initial login process.

Internet Browser:
-Any supported browser to access the Microsoft Office 365 website. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use Incognito/Private Mode in your browser.

Minimum Smartphone Requirements:
-Operating system: iOS or Android.
-Capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
-Internet connectivity.

Maple Bear Global Schools Email Usage Guidelines (Important)

Maple Bear Global Schools Email Usage Guidelines:

  • Your Maple Bear email cannot be linked to personal email accounts (such as Gmail, Microsoft, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.). Use your @maplebear.ca email exclusively for work-related communications.
  • The username with the domain @sebsa.com.br is used only to access your @maplebear.ca email inbox.
  • Your Maple Bear Global Schools account has a second layer of protection and requires you to use Microsoft Authenticator for email authentication.
  • Never share your email password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact techsupport@maplebear.ca.
  • Use only your Maple Bear Global Schools corporate email address for all professional communications (internal and external).
  • Ensure confidentiality of exchanged information: Do not share confidential, financial, or sensitive data without proper protection and authorization.
  • Avoid sending unsolicited emails (spam) or inappropriate content. Maple Bear Global Schools has a zero-tolerance policy for activities that may harm its reputation or security.
  • Use a standardized email signature: All emails must include an official email signature with your name, title, and contact information.
  • Use BCC when sending bulk emails: Always use the BCC field when recipients do not need to see each other’s email addresses to protect privacy.

– To ensure consistency and compatibility, we recommend using the official Microsoft Office platform applications for tasks such as document creation, spreadsheet management, communication, file sharing, meetings, and presentations.

Trainers:
– Maple Bear email offers integration with Microsoft Office applications only for the web version. This allows you to access and use Office applications through your web browser for a seamless experience.

Consultants and Third Parties:
– Maple Bear email offers integration with Microsoft Office applications only for the web version. This means you can access and use Office applications through your web browser for a seamless experience.

Note: Do not link a personal email account (such as Microsoft, Gmail, Hotmail, or others) to your Maple Bear email .

* To activate the desktop version of all Microsoft Office applications, you need to use a corporate MBGS computer in order to access the full benefits of the desktop version. For more information, please consult your IT department. (Available only for MBGS employees)

  1. Save the attached file to OneDrive SEB.
  2. View and edit the file directly on OneDrive.

With simple steps, you can access your Maple Bear email quickly, easily and securely.

Web browser: Incognito mode is recommended. In the address bar, type login.microsoftonline.com , or, for your convenience, click here to go directly to the Microsoft sign-in page.
